CDL Class A Delivery Driver

Our delivery drivers start at $27.81 during training, then switch to a component pay based on mileage, stops, and cases, averaging $32.00 per hour.

• Monday – Saturday (4 or 5‑day work weeks)
• 3AM – 6AM start times
• 5‑day workweek: 2 days off
• 4‑day workweek: 3 days off

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times
• Carefully unload products using a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments when applicable
• Provide professional customer service to enhance client experience
• Perform all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20‑80+ lbs repeatedly during each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift)

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications
• Minimum six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in food and/or beverage delivery
• Manual transmission operation preferred; may be required in specific locations
• English language proficiency (reading, speaking, understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, entering information on reports)
