Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and planning/distribution processes;
Maintain inventory levels and serve as primary customer service liaison between customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers;
Perform daily load planning, routing, and coordination using warehouse and transportation management systems;
Communicate with customer teams on inventory, sales requirements, and delivery scheduling; ensure special customer requirements are actioned;
