Coordinate with Dispatch to identify the next available dock door for loading based on staging lane inventory and dock SLA times;
Organize and maintain the dock area, directing Bulk Pickers for support when necessary;
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via Zebra gun or laptop to load trailers, ensuring optimal trailer cube utilization;
Complete trailer loading within SLA time frames, finalize paperwork, and deliver documentation to Dispatch for driver release;
Meet or exceed performance targets, including pallets per hour, as set by the Outbound Supervisor
