What To Expect
Own final mile logistics for Robotaxi deployments across North America. Drive efficient, scalable delivery operations through cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decisions, and strong carrier and rail network management. Ideal candidate has logistics or supply chain experience with auto transport, rail, or high‑value freight.
What You’ll Do- Lead end‑to‑end final mile logistics for Robotaxi deliveries across NA
- Partner with engineering, ops, and regional teams to plan and execute deployments
- Optimize routes, select carriers, and manage rail partners; auto transport experience a plus
- Track KPIs and report performance trends to leadership weekly
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to align on priorities and ensure smooth market entry
- Identify risks and improve logistics hub(s) and distribution workflows
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 3–4 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations with cross‑functional experience
- Experience with carriers, rail, or auto transport strongly preferred
- Data‑driven mindset; comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and analytics
- Willing and able to travel up to 50%
- Warehousing experience a plus
