Position Summary

This person is involved in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and deliveries to ensure the field employees have the proper materials and equipment when or before they need it.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Operate various industrial equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts and any other similar equipment.
• Secure loads to a trailer or in a truck bed.
• Track all deliveries in a delivery logbook and report hours/trips upon request.
• Report daily hours to assigned superintendents.
• Have basic knowledge of DOT safety regulations regarding hauling oversized or oddly shaped materials.
• Work quickly in a rapidly changing environment such as the construction industry.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide proof upon request.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks and duties as required to support day-to-day operations.

At least 2 years of working experience – Driver, Warehouse, or Roofing trade a plus.

• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• CDL is a plus.
• Clean driving history.
• Experience hooking up, pulling, and maintaining trailers.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with outside vendors.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Good organization skills.
• Problem‑solving skills and self‑motivation.
• Ability to take on multiple assignments and see them to completion with minimal guidance.
• Capability to anticipate and address foreseeable issues before they manifest.
• Physical ability to meet job‑related requirements (climbing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

High school diploma or GED; four‑year college degree preferred.
