Driver II

Overview

As a Driver with Colony Hardware, you will be the backbone of our company, helping to deliver top‑quality products to commercial contractors and industrial accounts. You’ll use your dedication to ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it.

• 6am‑2pm, Monday through Friday
• Home every night (no overnight)

• Pickup and delivery of merchandise in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
• Load the 26' flatbed truck with packed orders, sorting and organizing merchandise for easy location.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure safety.
• Check in frequently with customers to announce arrival, collect payments, and obtain signatures.

• You desire a predictable schedule with opportunities for customer interaction.
• You have an enthusiastic spirit, attention to detail, and a people‑focused work ethic.
• You value doing it right and on time, and seek a work‑life balance with local driving.

• Minimum of three years of driving and delivery experience.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a sustained safe‑driving record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (A or
  
  B) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Forklift operation preferred.
