Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator IV is responsible for collecting and preparing data sets for statistical analysis to support the team in making mode and routing decisions as well as supporting continuous improvement projects of the team.
Essential FunctionsCollects and prepares data sets for statistical analysis
Inputs data in transportation analysis templates to support team to make mode and routing decisions
Use logistics databases to generate reports on volume to support both evaluation of both past performance and future volume forecast
Conducts transportation and logistics studies
Follow documented processes and supports continuous improvement projects of the team
Maps and documents processes
Recommends continuous improvement opportunities
Sets and facilitates JIT calls with suppliers, carriers, customer, and receiving locations
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills , Required
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team , Required
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment , Required

- H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
- Bachelor's Degree in in business, logistics or transportation, Preferred
