At Tiff’s Treats, we bring happiness to customers by delivering warm, delicious treats. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic Part‑Time Delivery Drivers to join our team. Whether you’re looking for a side gig with flexible scheduling or a way to make extra money, this could be a sweet opportunity.

• Earn an average of $15 – $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver treats quickly and efficiently using the company vehicle (as available) or your own vehicle.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk‑in customers.
• Be open to receiving and learning from constructive feedback to help you improve and grow.

• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when company vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for using their own vehicle (motorcycles, scooters, bicycles not allowed).
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following all traffic laws and keeping vehicles clean and organized.
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment.
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, including Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day.
