Truck Driver Pay & Bonuses

• Base CPM is based on your overall driving experience, not just time with Andrus.
• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum – $1,250*
• Competitive Base Pay Range – $1,250 to $2,100 weekly
• Sign-On Bonus – $5,000
• Performance Bonuses – mileage, idle, fuel efficiency, extra stops, etc.
• Experience Bonuses – longevity, Hazmat endorsement, veterans, and more
• NEW Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy
  • Effective immediately, all tarped loads that deliver on or after December 15th through March 15th, and all loads that deliver on or after June 15th through September 15th, will be paid at $100.
  • All tarped loads that deliver before or after these seasonal time frames, will be paid at the normal rate of $80.

Road & Home

• Regional Southern Lanes – Make runs within 500 miles of Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.
• Dependable Weekly Home Time
• Rider Policy – after 3 months with Andrus' permission
• Pet Policy – pets are allowed from your first load

Equipment & Support

• New Automatic Trucks – Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years
• Fully Loaded – with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow
• Personal Fleet Manager – you'll be known by name at Andrus and have support wherever you are and whenever you need it

• 12 months of OTR Experience
