Position:
Full‑time CDL‑A Flatbed Driver (Regional Route)

We are looking for experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver you will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week (full‑time drivers on this fleet)

Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year

Pay varies with experience, routes, attendance and length of service.

5K Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements:

• Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
• Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
• 1st payout: $1,250.00 after 90 days.
• 2nd payout: $1,250.00 after the next 90 days.
• 3rd payout: $1,250.00 after the next 90 days.
• 4th and final payment: $1,250.00 after the next 90 days.
• Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than four months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible.

Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (depending on experience)

Transition Package: $1,800 (including $1,000 for orientation during first 2 weeks)

• Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset.
• Home time varies by division (this opportunity is for Division 290).
• Multiple route options available.

Pet Policy: System Transport does not allow pets.

Guest Rider Policy: Riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving are allowed.
