Over The Road CDL-A Drivers Needed - Dry Van (Solo & Team) Pay Structure:
- Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over that.
- Team drivers also earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles.
The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, and payday is Friday. This is a 1099 position
, with no escrow
, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections
Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with fridge, microwave, and inverter
Home Time:- Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
