- Top Solo Drivers: $90,000 – $100,000 per year; $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
- Top Team Drivers: $110,000 – $120,000 per year per driver; $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
Solo OTR Company Drivers:
- Earn $90,000 – $100,000 per year.
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
- 3‑4 weeks out; 6‑7 days home.
- 3,000+ weekly miles; consistent freight.
- Dedicated runs from Texas to Michigan or Buffalo, NY.
- Long haul; 1,600–1,800 average mileage.
