Minimum Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator
- Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

- Experience in dock or warehouse operations within the transportation industry
- Forklift experience in freight or LTL environments
- Proficiency in loading and unloading trailers
- Strong attention to detail and motivation to succeed
- Efficiently handling, sorting, loading, and unloading freight
- Using motorized/manual equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Securing freight inside trailers and tracking shipments via mobile devices
- Adhering to safety policies while working on non-climate-controlled docks
- Lifting objects up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 70 lbs. occasionally
- Performing physical tasks like reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift various freight and objects of different sizes and weights
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment
