To keep US shipments moving on time and on budget, the full-time Domestic Traffic Analyst will coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs remotely while managing logistics costs and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities- Maintain on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher for wholesale and DTC shipments
- Manage domestic freight and logistics costs to stay at or below 5% of COGS
- Respond to carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issues within 24 hours
- Strong knowledge of global logistics, including Incoterms and customs rules
- Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments
- Proficiency with TMS (transportation management) tools and ERP systems, preferably Net Suite
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving
