E.A. Sween is hiring an experienced Lead Delivery Driver for our overnight operation. This is a hands-on working lead role where you will drive local routes in a 26-ft box truck, deliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores, train and support drivers, and help keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

No CDL required. You must have at least 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive a 26-ft box truck on local delivery routes
• Deliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores
• Cover open routes and shifts as needed
• Train, coach, and support new and current drivers
• Help coordinate daily route execution
• Support drivers with route, delivery, and operational issues
• Ensure manifests, FERs, DOT logs, and required documentation are completed accurately
• Monitor fleet cleanliness and readiness
• Reinforce DOT, HACCP, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Assist with vehicle incidents and workers’ compensation reporting
• Partner with the Distribution Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly

WHAT YOU NEED

• At least 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• MVR that meets company guidelines
• DOT compliant
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to train, coach, and support other drivers
  
  Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull up to 250 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced overnight operation
• Flexibility to cover routes and shifts as needed, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off

SCHEDULE

This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires flexibility based on business needs. You must be available to cover routes and shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled days off.
