As a Motor Coach Operator, you'll safely transport our client's employees between designated park-and-ride locations and their workplace facilities.

You'll operate assigned commuter and inner-campus routes, maintain on-time performance, complete vehicle inspections, and provide professional customer service while representing First Class Transportation.

Routes may include:
New Braunfels, San Marcos, Kyle, Georgetown, surrounding Central Texas communities, and inner-campus routes.

Schedule:

This position is a morning shift may begin as early as 3:30 AM ending around 10:00 AM. Weekday and weekend assignments may be required based on operational needs.

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Current Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to safely operate a motorcoach in interstate commerce
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
• Must be available to work AM schedule

No more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years, OR no more than 3 tickets/crashes in the past 5 years.
