Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing coffee equipment e-commerce company based on our 20-acre ranch in Austin, Texas. We aim to make it easy for our clients to equip their business or hobby with high-quality coffee equipment while spending less. On the client side, we do this by pairing delightful online purchase experiences with expert 1-1 consultations. On the operations side, we've built deep experience across the equipment spectrum and a proprietary process for refurbishing espresso machines.

Our warehouse team has a relaxed but professional culture. We work hard but enjoy and have fun 're also a curious bunch who are fascinated by different coffee‑making equipment, their nuances across brands, and how they make coffee. We also genuinely enjoy coffee and the process of helping our clients make it. On the operational side, we take pride in delivering high‑quality products and identifying any potential issue a client might face before it happens.

We are honest and ruthless about finding the root causes of problems when they occur and revise our system design to minimize the chance that they will happen again. We strive to disassociate the person from the problem, which helps us be high performers without the stress typically associated with "making a mistake". Because we observe and debug small problems that come up before they become big problems, we rarely encounter after‑sales issues. We embrace the small stresses associated with proactively avoiding major issues. This helps us avoid time‑consuming and emotionally laborious "firefighting" exercises.

We are looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to be the backbone of our warehouse accuracy and efficiency. As we continue to scale, this role will be critical in maintaining organized, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. A successful candidate will have strong operational instincts, enjoy creating order out of complexity, and be capable of growing into a future Warehouse Manager role as the company expands.

This person will own the following activities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Label, log, and stage all inbound items for put‑away
• Assign and maintain accurate bin locations for all products
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing and suppliers

• Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy across our main warehouse & coordinate with our ops team to ensure accuracy at our 3PL warehouse
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances; implement corrective actions
• Ensure all adjustments, transfers, and movements are accurately recorded

• Keep shelves, bins, aisles, and staging zones clean and well‑organized
• Continuously evaluate layout, bin allocation, and space usage
• Recommend and implement improvements to racking, labeling, workflows, and SOPs
• Help design scalable processes as order volume and SKU count increase

• Partner with fulfillment to ensure accurate pick locations and efficient order flow
• Support manufacturing/renewal workflows by staging components and tracking WIP inventory
