We're currently seeking a motivated and detail oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.
About RoleUnder direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the full warehouse operation cycle—from receiving and inventory control to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders—while maintaining Incora's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Receive material from vendors and accurately enter data into warehouse systems
- Count, verify, and record inventory to ensure accuracy
- Pick, stock, and move materials using RF scanning systems
- Weigh and/or handcount products per customer and warehouse specifications
- Prepare and print required labels
- Return remaining product to proper storage locations
- Count, bag, label, and package material for shipment
- Utilize carrier and third party shipping systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate, reconcile, and document inventory discrepancies
- Meet quality and productivity metrics, including ontime delivery and customer acceptance rates
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a hazardfree work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts, order pickers) when trained and certified
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and cross training activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written specifications with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience
- Forklift certification and current license
- Familiarity with DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials
- Experience with RF scanning systems
