Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Associate to join our Onsite team!

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. Although day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as an Onsite Inventory Associate will be to meet the needs of our customers by fulfilling orders, restocking inventory, and performing audits at a customer site.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, working independently, and being in an industrial environment. You will act as a representative of Mallory onsite, helping ensure employees have the safety equipment they need to stay safe on the job every day.

Dependent on performance, this role may offer overtime, growth opportunities, and career development.

Schedule & Work Environment Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMNo nights or weekends

Work is performed onsite at a customer location

Travel is not required; work is completed using a golf cart onsite

Required PPE is provided

Read and execute restock paperwork accurately

Refill vending machines, lockers, and inventory cabinets

Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts

Troubleshoot minor vending machine or inventory system issues

Maintain accurate inventory levels to support customer needs

Inspect safety equipment such as first aid cabinets, AEDs, eyewash stations, and emergency lighting

Document inspections and inventory activity using reporting software

Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Stay organized while working independently in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset

Strong customer service skills

Comfort working in an industrial environment

Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stay active throughout the shift

Basic technology skills (Microsoft Office and inventory systems)
Previous inventory, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred
