Operations Manager
Position Summary
This role works directly with warehouse operations to improve workflows, reduce waste, increase productivity, and create scalable processes that support continued growth. You'll spend time both analyzing operational data and working within the warehouse to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
What You'll Bring- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience evaluating workflows and operational processes to identify efficiency improvements
- Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with warehouse leadership
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Experience conducting time studies and developing labor standards
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with warehouse layouts, slotting strategies, and facility optimization
- Experience with warehouse automation or material handling systems
- Design and improve warehouse layouts, workflows, and operational processes
- Conduct time studies and develop labor standards to support productivity improvement
- Analyze travel paths and material flow to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Support warehouse layout optimization and slotting initiatives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions
- Partner with warehouse leadership to improve safety, productivity, and process consistency
- Develop labor models and operational performance metrics
- Support packaging, fulfillment, receiving, and inventory process improvements
- Quantify and communicate productivity gains and cost savings
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence
