How You'll Make a Difference

As our Yard Associate, you'll be the backbone of our yard -- keeping equipment moving, customers supported, and operations running smoothly. Your work helps our team deliver on every promise we make, safely and on time. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and important work that the whole branch depends on.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers, load and unload equipment, and support drivers to keep jobs moving
• Inspect, tag, clean, and organize equipment so it's ready and safe for the next job
• Keep the yard, shop, and dock clean, safe, and running efficiently
• Run local errands for parts, help manage inventory flow, and support day-to-day operations

What You'll Bring

• A strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn-this is a hands-on, physical role with most of the work being outside in the yard
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and comfort learning to operate equipment

This position will be based in our Austin Site Pro Branch, Monday through Friday. Core hours are 6:45 AM - 5 PM. You'll need to pass a background check and a drug screen and have a clean driving record.
