Elephant Moving/E & M Delivery is seeking an office/warehouse assistant.
Duties:- Answering incoming calls and placing outgoing calls related to delivery customers and the companies we deliver for.
- Entering customer orders into routing software.
- Preparing daily route paperwork.
- Scanning delivery tickets.
- Assisting warehouse with checking in freight and receiving into computer systems for our clients.
- Various shipping/receiving duties, coordinating with warehouse lead on dock searches and returns processing.
- Previous office admin and/or shipping/receiving/warehouse admin experience required.
Compensation is $17/hr-$18/hr and up for 40+ hours per week, some overtime possible.
