Responsibilities- Knows and actively demonstrates our Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
- Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
- Makes notes on invoices to indicate variances, changes, and out‑of‑stock products.
- Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until the order is completely pulled.
- Keeps product rack areas neat and orderly while selecting orders.
- Maintains pull cart staging area so any order can be quickly verified upon checking.
- Packs wholesale order products neatly to prevent damage and ensure integrity during delivery.
- Tags wholesale customer orders according to shipment quantity.
- Ensures security and proper usage of all TABC stamps for wholesale orders.
- Operates and maintains TABC stamp guns and machines.
- Restocks supplies and uses equipment to replenish products in racks.
- Informs manager/lead of out‑of‑stocks or inventory variances.
- Uses computer equipment as required.
- Assists in inventory preparation and inventory process.
- Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
- Seeks continual skill improvement to contribute to profitability and productivity.
- Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
- Lifts 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally during each shift.
- Utilizes a dolly and/or pallet jack properly.
- Pushing or pulling 50–100 pounds regularly.
- Completes other projects as assigned by management.
- Efficiently carries out all directives from Management Team.
- Works in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
- Possesses time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet daily demands.
- Maintains required attendance and timeliness; this is not a remote job.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed above. State law requires applicants to be over 21 years old.
Education or ExperienceWe would prefer 1–2 years of warehouse experience. A high school diploma or GED is required; experience may substitute for formal education.
Language SkillsMust be able to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos; must communicate with coworkers and guests.
Mathematical SkillsMust add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals without a calculator; counting skills are a plus.
Attitudinal and Personal SkillsMust be responsible, reliable, and committed to excellent service. Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality are required. A self‑starter with strong work ethic who completes tasks timely and seeks the next task is needed.
HoursFull Time is typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.
Reasoning AbilityMust apply common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to recognize appropriate actions in varying conditions is a plus.
Physical DemandsRegularly standing, walking, bending; use of hands and fingers; reaching, climbing, balance; talking and hearing. Must lift/move 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with proper tools. Must use industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Requires close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment and Environmental ConditionsPositive environment with external weather exposure. Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
