Job DescriptionJoin our dedicated Warehouse team as a secretary that is in charge of providing our team with the pick tickets & labels they need to ship orders to our customers.
This role performs an important array of functions that include logging into our warehouse software (Net Suite) to print pick tickets, going on Ship Station to print labels, & tracking warehouse production metrics.
No physical labor is required for this position.
Other tasks will include:
- Receive and process orders in inventory management software
- Tag and label incoming product
- Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute to ideas on optimizing and improving warehouse procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Google documents – especially Google sheets
- Bonus if you have experience with Net Suite, Shopify, & Ship Station
