Mallory continues to experience strong year-over-year growth, and we're looking for a Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and customer site support. If you enjoy variety in your day, staying active, and being part of a team that works together to get the job done, this could be a great fit.
This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support both our warehouse and our customers.
What You'll DoNo two days are exactly alike, but a typical day may include:
Picking and preparing customer restock orders
Receiving inbound freight and putting inventory away Shipping customer orders using UPS World Ship Completing inventory transfers between locations
Logging and processing returned materials ("bring backs")Performing inventory counts and inventory control activities
Delivering products to customer locations using a 26-foot box truck with lift gate, cargo van, or pickup truck
Supporting customer sites while following all required safety protocols
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred
Previous delivery driving experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required OSHA 10 certification required (Mallory will provide training if needed)
Ability to safely operate company vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and write in English Basic math skills
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work Environment & Safety Requirements Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required while working in the warehousePPE is required when visiting customer sites;
Mallory will provide necessary equipment
