Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Stockroom Attendant to support onsite inventory operations in an office-style environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, supporting daily material flow, and ensuring continuity of operations by providing consistent on-site coverage.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience working with inventory systems or material handling in controlled environments. Responsibilities

Execute daily inventory and stockroom activities, including receiving, stocking, and material handling
Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Process incoming receipts, return-to-stock transactions, and outgoing materials
Fulfill internal material requests and manage parts inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity
Support non-moving inventory pull and staging activities
Monitor and organize stockroom locations to improve efficiency
Provide customer-facing support for material requests in a professional manner
Follow all standard operating procedures for inventory control and documentation
Escalate material discrepancies or high-value variances as required

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or material handling
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, data entry)
Customer-facing experience with professional communication and presentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of inventory processes and stockroom operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail, hardware, or industrial supply environments (e.g., home improvement or auto parts)
Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Experience working with structured inventory systems or warehouse tool
