Pay Rate: $18/hour |
Schedule: 2nd Shift (12pm - Finish)

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Order Builders to support a fast-paced consumer products distribution operation. This hands‑on warehouse role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and want to play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently.

• Pick and build orders using pick tickets
• Stage completed pallets using manual or powered pallet jacks
• Lift, move, and organize products (up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintain product rotation and date code accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Work on your feet in a fast‑paced warehouse for 8–12 hour shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse or general labor experience
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a team environment
• Steel‑toe safety boots required

• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts
• Previous warehouse or production experience

• Approved 6" steel/composite toe, puncture‑resistant, slip‑resistant safety boots are required

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
