Warehouse Associate – Industrial Turnarounds Travel Team

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Industrial Turnarounds projects across the United States. The role involves traveling to customer sites, including oil refineries, and supports outbound and inbound warehouse activities.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist the team in keeping the facility safe and accident‑free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE such as a safety harness (max. 400 lbs).
• Travel 70–80% of the time to various locations for 1 to 4 weeks at a time.

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management within the industrial industry.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Comfortable with out‑of‑town travel and willingness to base near an airport if not local to Tulsa, OK.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

• Annual pay starts at $25 per hour, with higher rates based on experience.
• Travel, lodging, and meals paid by Ferguson.
