Flex is seeking a Materials Lead in Austin, TX, for a 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:15 am, Sunday–Thursday). The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and oversees shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials with limited supervision.
Responsibilities include coordinating subordinates, maintaining inventory accuracy, and designing stockroom layouts while managing purchases and documentation. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required to optimize operations.
