- - Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and stage inbound shipments, including palletized freight and wooden crates;
Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify packing slips and purchase orders;
Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in ERP systems using handheld devices and system tools;
Package outbound materials and secure shipments on pallets;
Create shipping documentation and process outbound system transactions;
Perform final shipment inspections (labels, documentation, shock sensors, seals);
Organize and stage outbound shipments by priority;
Deliver materials to warehouses, fab, or administrative areas as required;
Support internal material transfers between buildings;
Serve as scheduling liaison by receiving calls from Security and directing inbound deliveries to the correct dock or location;
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
