Logistics Operator - Austin

Description Responsibilities

• - Pull and stage orders from inventory, including large and heavy products such as windows and related materials
• - Manually lift, carry, and move heavy and oversized items throughout the warehouse and loading areas
• - Load trucks and trailers with product, ensuring all items are secure and properly positioned for transport
• - Handle physical inventory movement, including stocking, restocking, and organizing materials in designated areas
• - Verify all pulled orders match required manifests before loading to ensure accuracy
• - Perform a full '360 Walk Around' to ensure loads are balanced, stable, and safely secured for delivery
• - Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed for moving heavy products
• - Complete equipment pre-checks for forklifts, trailers, and company vehicles before use
• - Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment to support safe operations
• - Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and required PPE at all times
• - Work closely with team members to complete physically demanding tasks efficiently and safely
• - Perform additional warehouse duties as needed, including continuous movement of inventory and materials
• - Work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed to meet operational demands
