Position Summary

C2O Americas is seeking experienced Material Coordinators to support project operations in Austin, Texas
. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, storing, and distributing materials and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or material coordination experience
, hands‑on forklift experience, and the required safety certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
  • Issue and distribute materials to field and project personnel.
  • Track material movement, quantities, and inventory levels.
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and documentation.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials using a forklift.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and pickups.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and material reconciliation.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and protected.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and laydown area.
  • Follow all company, OSHA, and project safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience or Material Coordinator experience required
    .
  • Forklift experience and current forklift certification required
    .
  • Current OSHA certification required
    .
  • Experience receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory and material records.
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced project environment.
