Warehouse Coordinator

G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage materials, tools, and equipment that support our residential foundation repair crews. In this on-site role, you'll handle inventory control, shipping/receiving, and staging daily job orders so projects start on time and fully equipped. Responsibilities include tracking stock levels, organizing the yard and warehouse, coordinating vendor deliveries, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards.

You'll work closely with field leaders, gain exposure to construction operations, and have clear growth paths in field, logistics, or leadership within our family-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Stage and prepare materials and equipment for foundation repair crews based on daily job schedules
• Coordinate and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders
• Organize warehouse and yard layout for safety, accessibility, and efficient material flow
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Communicate with field supervisors and office staff to anticipate material needs and resolve shortages
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when reorders are needed
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard
• Assist with basic equipment checks and coordination of repairs or replacements as needed
