Job Summary
We are seeking Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Austin, TX. This is not a traditional warehouse role and does not involve forklift operation. The position is more closely aligned with a stockroom attendant or inventory support role in an office-style customer site environment.

Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cycle counts to support inventory accuracy, system integrity, and stockroom controls.
- Receive, stock, issue, and reverse issue materials while following established procedures.
- Process outgoing cleans, incoming receipts, return‑to‑stock transactions, crib requests, and general parts management tasks.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, organize stock locations, and elevate significant variances for review.
- Support non‑moving inventory pulls, staging activities, and ongoing stockroom coverage during standard business hours.
- Provide professional front‑facing customer service while supporting material availability and operational continuity.
Pay range: $18.00 to $20.50 per year.

- Execute structured cycle counting activities for approximately 1,000 SKUs per month.
- Support receiving, stocking, issuing, reverse issuing, and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates.
- Provide customer‑facing stockroom support in a professional environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
- Experience as a material handler, inventory associate, stockroom attendant, parts associate, or similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, data entry, and Excel.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Professional customer service skills with a polished, well‑groomed presentation.
- Reliable attendance and ability to provide consistent on‑site coverage during business hours.
- Ability to work in a structured, procedure‑driven environment without forklift operation.
- Previous experience in retail inventory, parts, stockroom, or customer service environments such as home improvement, hardware, automotive parts, or similar settings.
- Experience supporting cycle counts, SKU management, stock replenishment, or parts issuing.
- Comfort working in a customer site environment with direct interaction with internal or external customers.
