Fulfillment Operations Lead
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will plan the work, direct one or two hourly team members, and personally participate in picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, staging, and shipping. You own the result.
Kin Euphorics is a pioneering functional beverage brand creating sophisticated non-alcoholic drinks for modern social rituals and everyday well-being. As Kin enters its next stage of growth, we are building a fast, reliable fulfillment operation capable of supporting both our direct-to-consumer customers and our expanding network of retailers and distributors.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly capable Fulfillment Operations Lead to take ownership of daily fulfillment from beginning to end. This is a working leadership position, not a desk-only logistics or supervisory role. You will be responsible for personally driving the operation while directing a small supporting team of approximately one or two hourly team members. The right person can review the day's orders and deadlines, organize the work, assign responsibilities, jump into execution, and make sure every shipment leaves accurately and on time.
You will have support, but you will remain directly accountable for the outcome. Success in this role requires initiative, urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to solve routine operational problems without waiting for constant direction or follow-up.

- Operational Ownership and Improvement
- At least three years of relevant experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or distribution.
- Previous experience as a lead, supervisor, or highly accountable senior operator.
- Demonstrated ability to run daily fulfillment with a small team and limited supervision.
- Experience coordinating both parcel shipments and bulk LTL or freight pickups.
- Working knowledge of bills of lading, pallet labels, packing lists, carrier scheduling, and retailer or distributor shipping requirements.
- Experience with direct-to-consumer fulfillment and high-volume order processing.
- Strong inventory-control and cycle-counting experience.
- Comfort working with fulfillment software, order-management platforms, spreadsheets, and shipping systems.
- Experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, Ship Station, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, or other lot-controlled product experience is preferred.
- Forklift or powered pallet-jack experience is helpful.
- Takes initiative without waiting to be chased.
- Sees a problem and begins working on the solution.
- Can turn a list of orders and deadlines into an executable daily plan.
- Is comfortable leading a small team while remaining directly involved in the physical work.
- Maintains urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
- Notices missing labels, incorrect quantities, damaged cases, and inventory discrepancies before they create larger problems.
- Communicates early and clearly when something may affect a deadline.
- Remains calm and resourceful when carriers are late, systems do not match, or priorities change.
- Understands that leadership in a growing company means doing the reasonable work necessary to complete the mission.
- Takes pride in creating an organized operation that does not require constant intervention from senior leadership.
Because this is a hands-on, on-site position, candidates must be able to perform the following responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Remain active and on their feet for extended periods.
- Regularly pick, pack, move, stack, and stage cases and shipping materials.
- Safely lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Use pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Work on-site in Austin during scheduled fulfillment hours.
- Occasionally adjust their schedule for large pickups, launches, promotional periods, or other time-sensitive shipments.
