Job SummaryJoining the Tommy's Express Car Wash Team offers a purpose‑driven career with high‑energy, customer‑focused colleagues. Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Member is the first point of contact for all membership‑related questions, requests, and concerns, providing a superior level of customer service to create a positive member experience. This position is performed in person at the assigned location.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide quick and friendly customer service to guests within the car wash.
- Learn and operate all aspects of point of sale and LPR systems.
- Oversee all property aesthetics.
- Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages.
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds.
- Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle.
- Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture.
- Conduct cleaning and hourly inspections.
- Be an ambassador for the Unlimited Club.
- Protect member confidentiality according to HIPAA and related state and federal laws.
- Perform any additional tasks that benefit the company and serve guests.

- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with urgency.
- Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
- Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Able to work and commute in all weather conditions.
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, and reach with hands.
- Continously standing, moving, and walking for 80% of the shift; standing for the remaining 20%.
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass a drug test.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability are required.
- Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving ability.
- Successful completion of Tommy’s University training program.
- Basic computer proficiency, including point of sale system.
- Hard working, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Competitive pay $11.50 – $13.50/hour + $0.75/hour attendance incentive.
