Job Title: Team Member - Part Time

Reporting to the General Manager, the Team Member is the first point of contact for all membership-related questions, requests, and concerns and is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to customers.
This position requires work to be performed in person at the assigned location.
- Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash.
- Learn and operate all aspects of point of sale and LPR systems.
- Oversee all property aesthetics.
- Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages.
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds.
- Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle.
- Learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture.
- Conduct cleaning and hourly inspections.
- Be an Ambassador for our Unlimited Club.
- Protect member confidentiality according to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and related state and federal laws.
- Any additional tasks that pertain to benefiting the company and taking care of the guests.

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work. The job and work environment is fun, clean, and fast-paced. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
- Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc.
- Able to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing), detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information.
- Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Able to work and commute in all weather conditions.
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
- Continual standing, moving, and walking for several consecutive hours during shift, which comprises 80% of daily duties. Remain stationary for approximately 20% of daily duties.
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
- Must be 16 year of age or older.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Successful completion of Tommy’s University training program.
- Basic computer proficiency, including, but not limited to, point of sale system.
- Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
- Competitive pay $12.50 - $13.50/hour + $0.75/hour with the attendance incentive.
