Compensation$25 per hour
Dates & Times3-hours a week for 8-weeks; specific dates to be determined
Qualifications- Current and valid Ohio Teaching License in the area:
- (K-12) Intervention Specialist
- CERI-certified structured literacy dyslexia interventionist and an IMSE Orton-Gillingham Certified Practitioner preferred
- Perform all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Austintown Local School District Policy and Procedures
- Assist teaching staff in executing the Ohio State Standards
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Special Education
The following are required before starting the assignment
- Appropriate and valid Ohio teaching credential in the appropriate area
- Current favorable State and Federal background checks
Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
