Non-Bargaining Title I Grant Funded Position
Compensation: Commensurate with experience between $25 to $30 per hour
Position Type: Non-Bargaining, full-time, eligible for district benefits, grant funded by Title I Grant
Reports To: Building Principal and/or Director of Special Education
Position Summary:The Behavior Coach supports the academic and social-emotional success of students in grades K–5 by promoting positive behavior, providing staff coaching, and assisting with the implementation of evidence-based behavioral practices. This role focuses on building staff capacity through coaching and modeling, while supporting students with behavioral needs within a PBIS and MTSS framework.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Ohio license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure
- Experience working with students with behavioral needs
- Master's degree in a related field
- Training in PBIS, MTSS, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and behavior data collection
- CPI or crisis intervention training

The successful candidate must have the following on file before starting:- Appropriate and valid Ohio Licensure

- Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training
