United Way Success By 6 Kindergarten Readiness Tutor(s) Job
Final date to receive applications: 2:00 p.m. on 6/28/2026. The number of positions will be determined by the needs of the students enrolled. Grant funded by United Way.
Program Dates & TimesAugust 3 through August 14 | 7:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Compensation$20 per hour
LicensureOhio Teaching License in the appropriate grade level.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Austintown Local School District Policy and Procedures.
- Assist teaching staff in executing the Ohio State Standards.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Administration.
- Appropriate and valid Ohio teaching credential.
- Current favorable State and Federal background checks.
- Official sealed transcripts.
Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
