Resident Assistant
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Facilitate social activities and promote resident engagement within the community.
- Deliver meals to residents as needed.
- Follow facility policies and procedures.
- Abide by infection control guidelines.
- Interact with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis.
- Help make residents feel at home in their new environment.
