The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. This provider will assess, diagnose, and support treatment planning while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning
• Provide care and support for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including MAT services
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and maintain confidentiality in all interactions

• Current and active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• CPR certification required
• Completion of required continuing medical education (CME)
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑based environment
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
