Assisted Living LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Pay: $25-32 per hour

Shifts:
3p-11:30p;
Afternoon Shift. - Work 3 Days a week to be considered full-time and receive full-time benefits.
- Every Other Weekend scheduled off.
- Medication Administration
- Treatments
- Managing the Assisted Living unit
- Communicating with Doctors, Residents and Families
- Scheduling Appointments for Residents
- Working with the Point Click Care computer system
- Proactively addressing needs
- Touring potential residents
- Providing guidance to Resident Assistants
- Assisting with Resident Care
- Resident Assessments
- Admitting New Residents into the facility
- Orienting new residents to the facility
- Applicants must be an LPN, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre-employment background check.
- LPN: 1 year (Preferred)
- LPN License: (Required)
