Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health travel contract in Austintown, Ohio (44515). 13-week assignment; estimated pay $2,190–$2,550/week. Join our home health team providing compassionate, community-based care across Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and parts of Portage counties.

  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: On call 2–3 times per week; every 3rd weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with on call
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed from first patient to last patient
• Dress Code: Navy blue or black scrubs

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health / homecare nursing experience preferred
• Up-to-date clinical skills and documentation practices
• Experience with Homecare Homebase charting system is a plus
• Ability to travel within assigned counties (Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull, parts of Portage) — valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle recommended

• Provide direct patient care during home health visits and perform accurate, timely charting
• Meet productivity expectations and actively participate in weekly case conferences and team meetings
• Provide on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekend rotations
• Maintain frequent daily communication with clinicians, care coordinators, and office staff
• Travel between patient homes within coverage areas to deliver quality home health nursing care
