• Day Shift and Night Shift
• Work 3 Days a week to be considered full-time and receive full-time benefits!
• Every Other Weekend scheduled off

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record ADLs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR and EHR systems for patient records management.
• Support residents fostering a compassionate environment and good customer service.
• Collaborate with healthcare inter-disciplinary teams to enhance patient service and care quality.

Applicants must be an CNA, licensed in Ohio and pass a pre‑employment background check.

License/Certification: CNA License in Ohio (Required)
