LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Pay: $27 - $36 an hour

- Every other weekend scheduled off
Licensed LPN in Ohio and pass a pre‑employment background check.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments, including IV insertion and tube feeding, while ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV infusion as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
- LPN license required.
- Preferred: 1 year of LPN experience.
- Preferred: 1 year experience in LTC/rehabilitation.
