Shift Manager (Hourly Manager) (Must be 18+ Years of Age)

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the food & beverage industry, is looking for a Shift Manager to help run daily operations, support management, and maintain high standards.

Shift Manager will support the management team in running shifts, maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards, and ensuring safe, quality food delivery to customers.

• Lead shift operations by managing the team with a smile, providing guidance, and seeking help when needed.
• Ensure team members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision‑making skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team while working side‑by‑side with them.
• Acceptable physical demands: sweeping, mopping, dusting shelves, lifting/carrying trash containers, cleaning parking lot, stooping, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
