Travel Rate (based on 40 hours):
Hrly $20.02 Stipend (Lodging $735.00 + M&I $336.00) = $1,071.00

Total Comp :$1,871.80

Travel Eligibility:
Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Offers Weekly housing/rent: $300.00

Shift Details:

• 8 hour days 06:00AM-14:00PM
• 40 hours work week

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of one (1) year related work experience as an LPN
• A degree from an accredited school of Nursing
• Active BLS, ACLS
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,. BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ).
