Overview

Leasing Consultant – Full time – Marlborough, MA 01752. Total base pay range $41,000.00 - $57,000.00.

Work at multiple communities:
Avalon Marlborough and Kanso Milford. Lead daily operations of the leasing team and ensure residents experience luxury living.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Conduct personalized tours, recommend floor plans, and highlight neighborhood amenities.
• Use sales and marketing strategies, including creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media, to drive leasing performance.
• Follow through on leads by delivering tailored updates and information to prospective residents.
• Support colleagues by providing guidance, training, and acting as a resource for new hires.
• Attend weekend high‑traffic periods;
  Saturday availability required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1+ year experience in leasing or customer service in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
