How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Lead and support new product scale‑ups through structured experimentation, pilot trials, and manufacturing authorization activities to enable safe and reliable commercialization.
  • Identify, benchmark, and deploy Most Effective Technologies (MET) that strengthen manufacturing capability, asset productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Apply data‑driven approaches (e.g., DOE, statistical analysis) to evaluate process performance and drive continuous improvement of existing processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve process safety, capability, productivity, quality, and cost.
  • Partner with commercial and technical teams to align process technology strategies with business growth objectives.
  • Lead projects and present project status updates, clearly communicate goals, progress, and results.
Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in chemical, specialty materials, or polymer manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in experimental design, data analysis, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward
  • Experience with functionalized natural polymers or bio‑based polymer systems.
  • Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications.

  • Working in a manufacturing and pilot‑scale environment with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.
  • Use of laboratory and production equipment to support experimentation and process development.
